Now that Halloween is over, the weather down here in the wild wood will slowly become cooler (I hope) and rainier. No snow for us, obviously, but the wheel keeps turning, even if the effects are more subtle than in other places. I'll stay in more, write more, and take long walks instead of working for hours in the garden.
Since I'm a child of the 70's and 80's I still think in terms of mix tapes for every occasion, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite autumn songs. (If you don't know what mix tapes are get off my lawn). Some of them are pretty obvious, but some are here because, for whatever reason, they put me in that frame of mind.
